Welcome to the Gamble Rogers Middle School Clinic
If your child needs prescription medications at school, a medication authorization from will need to be signed by a parent/guardian and completed by your pediatrician.
Over the counter medications may be self-carried by your child in their backpack in middle school as long as a parent/guardian signs the self-carry form and returns it to the nurse. Just a reminder that the clinic does not stock medications.
If your child has a medical condition, the proper form must be signed by a parent/guardian and completed by the child’s doctor.
22 – 23 COVID-19 Parent Guidance
There is no longer a dedicated district COVID hotline. All COVID-19 related questions or concerns should be discussed with your child’s pediatrician for guidance and recommendations.
Should the pediatrician recommend your child stay home from school, please notify your child’s teacher(s) of their upcoming absence. Upon the return to school, a parent or doctor’s note must be provided to excuse the absence.
You do NOT need to call the school to report Covid and no contact tracing will be done at the school.
